  • Mandy Blackmon, PT, DPT, OCS, CMTPT/DN

    Dr. Blackmon is a board-certified specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy with 18 years of clinical experience treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions. She specializes in treating performing artists and dancers, and is the head physical therapist for Atlanta Ballet.

    Mandy runs a private practice in Atlanta, GA and is a founding partner in Atlanta Dance Medicine.

  • Emma Faulkner, PT, DPT, OCS

    Dr. Faulkner is a board-certified specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy with 8 years of clinical experience treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions. She specializes in treating performing artists and dancers, and is a head physical therapist for Atlanta Ballet.

    Emma runs a private practice in Decatur, GA and is a founding partner in Atlanta Dance Medicine.

  • Ann MacDougall, PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN

    Dr. MacDougall is a minority partner and Clinic Director for Atlanta Dance Medicine. Ann has 6 years of clinical experience treating dancers and performing artists and is one of the primary PTs for the Atlanta Ballet Company dancers.

  • Susan Bush, PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN

    Dr. Bush has 12 years of clinical experience treating in a variety of settings, including home health, outpatient orthopedics, on tour with national Broadway tours, and in women’s and pelvic health.

  • Courtney Johnson, PT, DPT, SDN

    Dr. Johnson was a competitive gymnast growing up and is now a USA Gymnastics Level 10 judge. While she enjoys working with all athletes, she has a special passion for gymnasts, circus artists, dancers, and cheerleaders. Courtney specializes in orthopedics/sports medicine and is a Board Member and the Director of Sports Medicine for the Brown Girls Do Gymnastics Organization.

  • Liz Chesarek, PT, DPT

    Dr. Chesarek has extensive clinical experience working with all types of performing artists, but particularly enjoys treating tap dancers and adolescent performers.

  • Maggie Scheessele, PT, DPT, OCS,

    As an orthopedic specialist, Dr. Scheessele enjoys treating a variety of musculosketal conditions, in addition to treating dancers and performers of all ages.

  • Cecilee Fleming, PT, DPT

    Dr. Fleming clinical interests include dance medicine, musical theater, vocal treatments, sports, orthopedics, manual therapy, injury prevention, non-operative rehabilitation, and TMJ dysfunction.

  • Sarah Klein, PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN

    Dr. Klein has a special interest in Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders, Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome, and chronic myofascial pain. She incorporates Pilates training into her rehabilitation programs.

  • Brie Levy Gammie, PT, DPT, OCS

    Dr. Gammie has specialty training an a variety of patient populations, including pelvic health, vestibular disorders, chronic pain and dance and performing arts medicine.

  • Carmen Wurtz, PT, DPT, Cert. DN

    Dr. Wurtz brings extensive experience, having treated in outpatient orthopedics around the southeast for almost 10 years.
