One of our Doctors of Physical Therapy will assess both the direct and indirect contributors and establish a plan of care that fits your physical, financial, lifestyle, and performance needs. Always a 1-1 service with your therapist to completely customize your care. Considered medical treatment, PT may include manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, joint mobilization, taping, therapeutic exercise, and more.

  • Exactly like our house physical therapy service (above), except ultra specific to your rehearsal and performance needs. Your assessment and treatment plan will include a deep understanding of the relationship between your body and your instrument and/or performance space, will consider your artistic approach, and ensure the longevity of your performance career. $150, 45 Mins

  • For dancers, gymnasts, acrobats, aerialists, and movers of all kinds not currently experiencing pain or dysfunction. Considered non-medical services. Take a global assessment of your dance technique, range of motion, stability, movement patterns, strength, cardiovascular endurance and power.

  • These sessions may follow a course of Physical Therapy or an Artistic Athlete Screening. Establish specific goals based on your strengths and weaknesses and work with our team to progress your performance.

  • For any individual struggling with a pelvic health concern. Services include, but not limited to: childbirth (pre and postpartum,) pelvic pain (genital, abdominal, hip, tailbone, sacroiliac, endometriosis,) bladder and bowel issues (incontinence, frequent urination, constipation, prolapse, IBS, painful bladder syndrome) and sexual intimacy pain or discomfort. A specialized therapist will evaluate you and create an individualized treatment plan. Like all physical therapy, pelvic floor PT utilizes manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and neuromotor retraining to address impairments.

  • For bodies with extreme ranges of motion and/or suspected or diagnosed connective tissue disorders (hEDS, EDS, HSD, and more). PT may address acute injuries or management of ongoing muscle, joint and nerve symptoms. PT can also address POTS symptoms. Our specialized physical therapist will make appropriate treatment decisions based off your unique tissue needs and adjust intensity and frequency of treatment to your activity tolerance. Therapies may include gentle manual work, education, taping, with specific emphasis on stability exercise. $200, 55 Mins

  • For groups of teachers, coaches, directors, parents, dancers, and artistic athletes. These workshops are tailored to meet your group’s specific needs. Include but not limited to: injury prevention; safeguarding hypermobile joints; hip, anke, spine specifics; dynamic warm ups and cool downs; nutrition; and more. Ask us your questions!   • Our ultra experienced performing arts therapists can work with companies or individuals at their rehearsal or performance locations. Managing the wellness of artists on-site is often more efficient and more economical. This may include musculoskeletal maintenance, first aid, education/ consultation, and on-call services.   • Any of our physical therapy services can be delivered via video call. To receive telehealth PT medical services, the client must be located in one of the following states: Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC.

  • Any of our wellness services can be delivered via video call. For wellness services, there are no restrictions on where the client is located.
